- Every local real estate market absolutely has its own trends and opportunities. This can vary greatly, even from one neighborhood to the next. It's my job to steer you into opportunities and out of traps! I will treat you with the highest integrity at all times. Why? Because I want to be your Realtor for your next transaction or for your friends or business transaction. Referrals are our best source of repeat business.
- What is the true market value of the home you are interested in or want to sell? Is it priced too high? What is selling in the neighborhood? Is it a bargain that you should jump on, or a location to pay for? I help buyers make decisions like this every day, and I'll make sure that YOU get honest treatment from me, too.
-Negotiating can be stressful! I will help you negotiate and you will make the final call. I will help you review all your options.
-Contracts are complicated, and intimidating. In Westchester County, unlike other areas of the country, lawyers are hired by the buyer to represent them during the contract preparation and to be with them at the closing. Lawyers review the contracts the seller's lawyer has prepared and also explains the paperwork involved at the closing that the bank's attorney and mortgage company has prepared. If you do not know of an attorney, I will provide you with a list of local attorneys you can choose from!
- You should know as much about the property you are buying as possible! Together we will view every home that you are interested in. And prior to closing I will make you fully aware of any and all inspections available to you. I'm also happy to recommend home inspectors when you have an "Accepted Offer" on a home.
